Hon. Jean-Marie Lukulasi Massamba, Member of Parliament of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Chairman of the Board of INPP, held an exchange in Brussels with Ms. Barbara Dietrich, CEO and President of Diplomatic World and Diplomatic World Institute.
The exchange took place in the context of ongoing efforts to deepen institutional dialogue and strengthen cooperation between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Diplomatic World, in support of national development priorities and international engagement.
Both parties expressed a shared interest in exploring structured avenues of collaboration aimed at reinforcing institutional bridges and advancing sustainable development perspectives.
The discussion highlighted the importance of human capital development, particularly through skills training and youth empowerment, as key drivers of long-term transformation and economic opportunity.
